Returns Policy: All Sales are Final!
When a payment goes through, payment processing fees are non-refundable to WinandLor as well as the buyer. 
 
WinandLor is not responsible if the buyer drops and/or damages their item(s).
If your item arrives damaged, you have 24 hours to contact us from the time
the USPS tracking shows the package was delivered. 


Package Sent Back?  
When filling out shipping information during checkout you must enter your
FULL address, don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc.

WinandLor is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer.

SHIPPING INFO

Processing times and shipping times vary based on items ordered.

Approximate processing times for items range anywhere from 2-5 business days.

 

USPS can occasionally have delays in delivery. We are NOT responsible for delays on USPS's part.

If your tracking number shows your order was delivered and you do not have the package:

-Check with neighbors to see if the package was delivered to them accidentally.
-Contact your local post office for help locating the package - Provide them with the tracking number, shipping service name, and the shipping address (They may be able to provide the GPS location

of where it was dropped off).
